- 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; whisk for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold gently until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 28-32 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
