Ingredients
  • ½ cup (113g / 1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (80g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup (50g) mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup (120g) marshmallow fluff
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20cm) pan with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  • Stir in flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
  • Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread marshmallow fluff over the dough. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  • Drop small pieces of remaining dough over the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.
